WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR COOKIES?

All Fortune Wedding Favor cookies are ideal at room temperature (between 65–72 degrees).

A cool closet, pantry or cellar is just fine- just keep out of direct sunlight.

DO NOT REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE YOUR COOKIES!!! We use real chocolate, so subjecting it to major temperature changes can cause it to discolor and look unappetizing.

All products should be kept air-tight (in original wrapper) stored in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.

HOW DO FORTUNE WEDDING FAVORS PICTURE COOKIES TASTE?

Our delicious Picture Cookies are made using our top-secret process- other companies have tried to imitate our final product, however our quality and taste speaks for itself: they’re absolutely delicious and there’s no edible-paper bitter aftertaste because our edible art is sugar-based! Our edible images are completely incorporated into the White Belgian Chocolate we use and taste delectably delicious –we guarantee you’ll love them!

DO YOU SHIP YOUR GOURMET COOKIES DURING SUMMER?

Yes. Between early May-October we ship ALL Chocolate Products with our re-usable 12oz Ice Packs via FedEx® Overnight or 2-Day Air* to prevent melting. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient is home to receive their package to prevent melting while sitting outside. We recommend shipping to a business address for earlier delivery and to ensure receipt of the delivery. *2-Day Air is available to destinations with temperatures below 85 degrees farenheit.

WILL MY COOKIES ARRIVE SAFE?

In the rare event that you or your recipient should recieve a broken cookie, pelase contact us immediately so we can make it right.
