Return Policy
Customized and personalized favors are not returnable, unless there is a mistake on the order. Those orders will be replaced free of charge. Non-custom favors may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Shipping Policies and Information
We ship via UPS Ground, unless the customer would like to upgrade to 2nd Day Air or next day air. We ship only to the continental United States.
Although most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, for personalized items, such as favors with personalized tags, please always allow 2-3 weeks for order completion.
A minimum of 25 favors is required with all personalized tag orders. All tags and labels are available a la carte as well. For personalized tags, please allow 2-3 weeks for order processing.
Currently, we process your order through our website, or fax. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you did not receive a confirmation via email, we probably did not receive the order! We accept Visa, MC, Amex, and PayPal. You will receive an email with your UPS shipment tracking information.

Chocolate favors: we ship our chocolate favors year-round. From October to early May, we DO NOT add ice packs. From early May-September, chocolate favors are shipped with ice packs to prevent them from melting. While this precaution helps, it does not guarantee the chocolate or other edible favors will arrive intact. To help prevent this we require that you upgrade your shipping on these favors to either UPS 2nd Day Air or 3 Day select. To further protect edibles in transit during the Summer months, we only ship such orders at the beginning of the business week (i.e., Monday or Tuesday at the latest). This is so the favors do not sit over the weekend at the UPS warehouse.
Shipping for non-personalized items is estimated at 3 - 5 days.
